Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Anuppur
The Indira Gandhi National Tribal University in Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh, was created by an Act of Parliament of India. The Indira Gandhi National Tribal University Act of 2007 established it, and it began operations in July 2008. It is a UGC-recognized institution that is also accredited by NAAC with a 'B' rating.

Admissions at University
Candidates can apply online by going to Indira Gandhi National Tribal University's official website. Admission to all courses is dependent on the NTA's CUET exam, which is used to screen applicants.
For MBA programs are also admitted based on their CAT, MAT, CMAT, and XAT scores.
Ph.D. candidates with a valid CSIR NET/UGC NET score are also preferred for admissions.

Facilities at University
Central Library: The university Library serves as the information hub for the student community. It currently contains a collection of 58,000 books.
Hostel: There are 3 boys' hostels and one girls' hostel: Narmada Boys, Sone Hostel for Boys, TCPC Boys Hostel, and New Girls Hostel.
NCC: The University's NCC unit is affiliated with the 7 M.P. (I) COY NCC Shahdol of the Jabalpur Group. It started at the university in July 2013. SD (Senior Division NCC) Cadets have a total allotted strength of 106. The current total strength of SD Cadets is 36.
