The Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) is situated in Orissa's Rourkela district. It public university was established in 2002. The institution provides qualified applicants with many UG, graduate, and research programs. B.Tech, BHMC, B.Arch, B.Pharm, M.Tech, M.Arch, MBA, MCA, and research are among the courses that university offers.

Admission 2024 to UG Program:

The institution offers many courses in the areas of pharmacy, hotel management, architecture, and technology. While the B.Arch degree lasts 5 years, the B.Tech and B.Pharm programs last 4 years. Candidates must commit to the BHMCT program for 3 years for admission. The prerequisite for these courses is passing the 12th exams conducted by an approved board.

Admission to PG in 2024

In addition to UG courses, university offers some master's programs to applicants who have obtained graduate degrees in related subjects. M.Arch, M.Tech, and M.Pharm are among the courses offered in PG program. These programs have 2-year academic period. Applicants for PG programs can get the application form from BPUT's official website. For PG programs, the university authorities have established the following eligibility requirements:

After college allocation is complete, candidates who meet the eligibility requirements established by university officials will be accepted to the requested courses. Admission 2024 to MBA and MCA Program:

Admission to MBA and MCA programs is also available through university. This full-time course must be finished in 2 years by the candidates. Candidates must hold a graduate degree in a related discipline to register in these courses. Candidates for the MBA program must have previous job experience. The following are the prerequisites for both courses:

There will be 3 steps involved in selecting the candidates for the MBA program. Candidates must appear for entrance exam conducted by university officials. Those that meet the requirements will subsequently participate in an interview and group discussion. The merit list of selected candidates will be revealed and the qualified candidates can proceed with the admission procedure subsequently. Candidates' merit will be considered during the admissions process for MCA programs.

Admission 2024 to M.Phil & Ph.D. Program:

University offers research programs like M.Phil. and Ph.D. for various courses. Engineering and technology, computer applications, architecture, management, pharmacy, and science and humanities are among the specializations offered by the Ph.D. program. In 5 years, the research programs are finished. The following are the requirements for admission to M.Phil. and Ph.D. programs:

The admission exam and interview will be the only criteria used to select the candidates. Interview invitations will be extended to those who pass the entrance exam.
