Awadhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa

University was established on July 20, 1968, and was authorized by the UGC in February 1972. It is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and the Commonwealth Association of Universities (ACAU). The University is located on a 246.20-acre tract of land in the north of Rewa City, approximately 5 kilometers away, with its campus on either side of Rewa-Sirmour Road. There are 65 colleges connected with the university, including government and private colleges.

The institution provides courses in Humanities, Management, Science, Law, and Computers, among other subjects. There are separate blocks for each stream of classes. It provides UG, PG, and doctoral courses. It offers UG courses such as BBA, B.Ed., BCA, B.Sc (Hon.), B.Ed, and B.LLB. PG courses i.e. M.Sc., MCA, MA, M.Com, M.Ed., M.TecH , LLM , MSW, Ph.D., M.Phil. Admission is entirely based on a Merit List for both UG and graduate programs. College provides internship opportunities to students and supports them through the process.

The institution offers various courses in many fields, and admission only depends on the merit list from the qualifying examination. All courses require students to apply online for admission.

Sporting:   The University provides sporting facilities for its students; in addition to their studies, they can enjoy sports.
