• Click submit after uploading a scanned copy of the documents.
• 2-part challan will appear after submission.
• The challan will also show the application number and additional information.
• Make the application fee payment using Bank Challan.
• Take a printout of the form after logging in.
• Submit copy and the challan receipt by the deadline.
